Do I have to do everything all over again while you read off a script?
Nope. No scripts here, I just listen and use my brain. I have been supporting busy people for years now. I know your time is valuable. I can either talk you through your problem, or if you prefer I can operate your computer remotely and fix the problems while you watch!
What kind of computers do you work on?
I work on PCs and Macs. Applications, networking, system problems - pretty much anything that goes wrong. The "remote support" works with most PC & the current Mac platforms, (Windows 98, SE, ME, 2000, XP and Mac OSX).
Do you do work onsite too?
Sure! If you are in the Central NY area and need onsite help I can make an appointment to come and visit you in person.
What are your hours of operation?
You can reach me 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Saturday. I am usually available outside of these hours, but I have a life too!
